In order to qualify for Grant Funds for the Appreciation Program, you agree to the following:

• We will have a functioning student-led A-Team participating in the Utrust Appreciation Program.
• We will participate in all eight appreciation days during this school year. (Fewer may be required if your school does not have employees in a specific group, such as bus drivers.)
• We will use the $500 grant funds exclusively to carry out the Utrust Appreciation Program.
• We will post photos/videos and a summary of activities for each appreciation day on the Utrust Coordinators Closed Group Facebook page within two weeks of each event.
• BEFORE SUBMITTING THE GRANT APPLICATION, ensure that the Principal, School Coordinator, and all A-Team Advisers (Action, Creative & Paparazzi) have completed their required certifications through Utrust University.
  
  
  If you completed this training last year: You may upload last year's certificate. It can be found by logging into the Utrust U section of the website.
  
  If you are new to the position: You will be required to complete the certification training before submitting your application.
  You will be required to upload these certificates in the next step.
  
  The Appreciation Grant requires a minimum of four different individuals to serve in these roles. Only one role may be shared by someone already serving in another role. (ONLY ONE NAME CAN BE REPEATED TWICE IN THE APPLICATION).

Culture Grant requires one more person for a minimum of 5 different individuals.

In order to qualify for a Culture Grant, you agree to the following:

• We will have an active G-Force team and Adviser.
• We will complete all the Monthly Culture Quests provided by Utrust.
• We will post completed Culture Quests in the Utrust Coordinators Closed Group Facebook page.
• We will participate in the Birthdate Challenge each month.
• We will engage parents and the school community in efforts to improve school culture.

• You have the dollar amount allocated to your school, which was emailed to your principal and school coordinator.
