2. SCHOOL NAME: Your school name must appear in the test posted to the Coordinators Facebook page.

3. MASKING: Photos must show kids faces (not masked out). This is a private page and not accessible to the public.

4. THEME USAGE: At least one photo mush showcase the theme for the appreciation day.

5. HONOREE PIX: At least one photo should include students and an honoree.

POSTING: A school coordinator must post a minimum of 5 photos and a short summary of the appreciation day activities in the Utrust Coordinators Facebook group to qualify.

NOTE: Please do just ONE post specifically to qualify for Lucky Star. Include all photos in ONE post.

DEADLINE: A deadline will be in place 2 weeks after the appreciation day. The deadline can be found on the Themes Page and on the Paparazzi page in every appreciation packet. Winners will be announced in the closed Utrust Coordinators Facebook group the following week. To be added to the closed Facebook group, click here.

WINNERS: Nine (9) winners will be randomly drawn. Three (3) from East Tennessee (elementary/middle/ high school); 3 from Middle Tennessee (elementary/middle/high school); and three (3) from West Tennessee (elementary/ middle/high school). The odds of winning are very good!

Awesome Notes of Appreciation

Awesome Notes of Appreciation is a great way to honor individual employees on their special appreciation day.

3. THE NOTES: Notes should be specific to the person and what exactly they are thankful for. (Example: “Thank you Mr. Smith for always letting me ask questions and encouraging me!”)

POSTING: Your School Coordinator can post photos in the Utrust Coordinators Facebook group of UP TO three (3) notes of appreciation written by students to a school staff member being honored during the appreciation day. This will qualify for a chance for the HONOREE to win $100!

NOTE: Please do just ONE post specifically to qualify for Awesome Notes. Include all photos in ONE post.

DEADLINE: The deadline for submitting Awesome Notes of Appreciation is the same as the Lucky Star deadline. The deadlines can be found on the Themes Page and on the Paparazzi page in every appreciation packet.

WINNERS: There will be a winner in elementary, middle and high schools in each section of Tennessee (East/Middle/West). Nine (9) randomly drawn honorees will receive checks for $100 after each appreciation day! The odds of winning are very good!

NOTE: For Superintendent Day and Principal Day, the $100 will be given to the A-Team to use instead of the superintendent and principal.

Utrust Best School System Appreciation Program Awards

Showing employees that you appreciate their work is an essential part of creating a positive work environment.

That’s why we’re going to be giving an annual award to the school system in each grand division of the state: East, Middle and West with the most outstanding appreciation program.

Utrust provides materials to honor specific groups of employees throughout the year, but how you actually honor your employees will determine which school system wins.

This award is self nominating and based on the criteria included in the nomination form below. Deadline for nominations is Friday, October 20.  Keep track of your accomplishments in the program and share them with your community by uploading your videos and pictures to the closed Utrust Coordinators Facebook group.

Each of the regional winners will be presented an award at our annual Utrust Member Awards Dinner in November.

Each school participating in the Utrust Appreciation Program in each of the three systems that win the Best School System Award will receive $100 for use by their A-team.
