If you are having trouble logging in or accessing the Utrust University courses, please try a few of these suggestions before contacting our office.
1. Logout completely from Utrust.org. This is found in the blue band at the top right of the website.
2. Then login again in the blue band at the top of the website BEFORE accessing Utrust University.
3. Clear your browser cache.
4. Try a different browser.
HOW TO CLEAR YOUR CACHE:
For Chrome
1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
3. Click “Delete browsing data.”
4. In the pop-up window:
5. Click “Clear data.”
Important: If your browser saved your login info, you may need to re-enter your email and password the next time you log in.
Mozilla Firefox
Safari (Mac)

If you are having trouble accessing the actual courses, try this:
1. Go to your Utrust U dashboard
2. Click on Introduction
3. Click on Introduction to Utrust University
4. Watch/read the course content
5. Scroll to the bottom
6. Click the blue button “Quiz”
7. Take the quiz
8. Click Finish Quiz
9. Results should show 100% (you must get 100% to move to the next section.)
10. Click Green button to continue
11. Click on Return to Dashboard to access the next course.
