The Lucky Star Award

The Lucky Star Random Drawing is a great chance to win $100 for your A-Team after each appreciation day.

9 winners will be randomly drawn. 3 from East Tennessee (elementary/middle/ high school); 3 from Middle Tennessee (elementary/middle/high school); and 3 from West Tennessee (elementary/middle/high school). The odds of winning are very good!

A deadline will be in place 2 weeks after the appreciation day. The deadline can be found on the Themes Page and on the Paparazzi page in every appreciation packet.Winners will be announced in the closed Utrust Coordinators Facebook group the following week. Awesome Notes of Appreciation

Awesome Notes of Appreciation is a great way to honor individual employees on their special appreciation day.

A school coordinator can post photos in the Utrust Coordinators Facebook group of up to 3 notes of appreciation written by students to a school staff member being honored during the appreciation day for a chance for the HONOREE to win $100!

The deadline for submitting Awesome Notes of Appreciation is the same as the Lucky Star deadline. The deadlines can be found on the Themes Page and on the Paparazzi page in every appreciation packet.

The same is true for Awesome Notes winners.There will be a winner in elementary, middle and high schools in each section of Tennessee (East/Middle/West). 9 randomly drawn honorees will receive checks for $100 after each appreciation day! The odds of winning are very good! Winners will be announced in the closed Utrust Coordinators Facebook group at the same time as the Lucky Star winners. A check made out to the honoree for $100 will be mailed to the honoree’s school. To be added to the closed Facebook group, click here.

Note: For Superintendent Day and Principal Day, the $100 will be given to the A-Team to use instead of the superintendent and principal.

Utrust Best School System Appreciation Program Awards

Showing employees that you appreciate their work is an essential part of creating a positive work environment.

That’s why we’re going to be giving an annual award to the school system in each grand division of the state: East, Middle and West with the most outstanding appreciation program.

Utrust provides materials to honor specific groups of employees throughout the year, but how you actually honor your employees will determine which school system wins.

This award is self nominating and based on the criteria included in the nomination form below. Deadline for nominations is Friday, October 20.  Keep track of your accomplishments in the program and share them with your community by uploading your videos and pictures to the closed Utrust Coordinators Facebook group.

Each of the regional winners will be presented an award at our annual Utrust Member Awards Dinner in November.

Each school participating in the Utrust Appreciation Program in each of the three systems that win the Best School System Award will receive $100 for use by their A-team.
